A business website checklist before you request a quote
Define pages, languages, content ownership and enquiry handling before starting your website project.
Give the website a clear job
A business website should help a visitor understand your services and take the next useful step. Choose the primary goal: an enquiry, a consultation request or a service explanation. List the key pages and the questions each page needs to answer. A clear structure is more useful than adding features without a purpose.
Prepare content and languages
Gather service descriptions, approved photographs and contact details. Decide which languages need complete content and who will maintain translations. A Dutch website can serve Dutch-speaking visitors, but it should explain honestly which languages are available for personal support. Check that forms and confirmation messages are translated too.
Ask about mobile use and handover
The proposal should cover mobile layouts, readable text, accessible controls and the form workflow. A displayed confirmation is not proof an email was delivered: define the destination and test it before launch. Ask who owns the domain, who manages hosting and how you can edit or export content after handover.
Include search foundations in the scope
Ask for meaningful page titles, descriptions, internal links, a sitemap and a plan for language URLs. Publish articles that answer real customer questions rather than repeating town names. SEO requires useful content and continued work; a website project cannot promise a specific search ranking. DGNEXA starts with your goals, page structure, languages and available content before discussing the build.
